    We love to eat a lot of Mexican dishes as beans & rice are so economical. We also eat a lot of fried rice. I always make extra for quick lunches.

  4. Love your collection of these recipies. Especially Pakistani Qeema , my kids love it :)
    there should be some recepies about potatoes too like pakistani Aloo kabab (potato cutlets) there are many versions of it some use meat some dont. I make and freeze them . good for lunch box or surprise guests.

  5. Pineapple ham subs are a great spin to pineapple ham pizza and are a lot easier to make. You can throw these together after a long night and have a satisfied family. They’re also kid friendly and easy to serve.
